Privacy statement

The short version
This statement is effective October 8, 2026. We are a southeast Houston plumbing company, and we take work by phone. This website has no forms, no accounts, no logins and no online booking, so it does not ask you to type in personal information. What we know about you comes from the phone call you make to us, and we use it to do the plumbing work you asked for.
What information we collect
When you call, we ask for what we need to send a plumber and do the job: your name, the service address, a phone number we can reach you on, and a description of the problem, such as where the leak is, which fixtures are affected and where the shut-off valve is. During and after a visit we may also keep notes on the work done, the parts used, photos of the problem area, and the invoice and payment record.
When you simply browse this website, our hosting provider may record standard technical data that every web server sees, like your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use that only to keep the site running and secure.
Call recording
Where it applies, calls to our line may be recorded. If a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start. We use recordings to confirm job details such as the address and the problem described, to settle questions about what was agreed, and to train the people who answer the phone. Recordings are not sold or used for advertising.
How we use your information
We use what you tell us to schedule and perform the work, to call or text you about arrival and follow-up, to prepare invoices and take payment, and to keep a service history so the next plumber who visits your home knows what was done before. We do not use your information to build marketing profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
When information is shared
We share information only when it is needed to get your job done or when the law requires it. That includes suppliers when a part is ordered for your address, the utility or the city when a gas restoration or permit requires it, and payment processors that handle a card transaction.
On the busiest nights, after storms, or when every plumber is already on a job, a call may be forwarded to another trusted local plumber so you are not left waiting. In that case, the details you gave on the call, like your name, address and the problem, go to that plumber so they can help you. We may also disclose information if required by law, a court order or to protect someone's safety.
Cookies, maps and fonts
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The map on the site does not load until you click to view it; once you do, it loads from Google and Google's own privacy policy applies to that request. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers when a page opens. Basic browser storage may be used to remember simple settings, and you can clear it at any time in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, notes and invoices for as long as they are useful for your service history, tax and accounting needs, and any legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. Call recordings, where made, are kept for a shorter period unless they are needed to resolve a question about a specific job.
Your choices, children and changes
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for a job, a payment or a legal obligation. You can also ask us not to call or text you about anything other than an active job. Just call and tell us.
This website is meant for adults arranging plumbing work and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we change this statement, we will update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
